You have mentioned something that is extemely relevant to coming 10 baggers in the Aussie market. There are more of them than most people realise that are just like IPR in that things have taken longer than expected for one reason or another; 2-3 years longer even.
Most of these are tradng near their low points - and thats all I'll say apart from the fact that most have lots of news coming over the next month(s). To do best one has to buy BEFORE the better revenue is confirmed. Of course some will fail along the way too.
