WAM took over the Westoz Investment Company holding in a "takeover". See the matching "Ceasing to be a substantial shareholder". So WAM probably have no idea what to do yet.... I doubt that EQX is anywhere near Wilson's Top 20 holdings- $3 million worth out of a market cap near $2 billion.
This Substantial Shareholder Notice says:
"Scrip consideration for Westoz Investment Company Limited and Ozgrowth Limited shares acquired by WAM Capital under the terms and conditions of the scheme implementation agreement dated 22 December 2021 and as varied on 3 April 2022."
