    I'm not pretending to be knowledgeable in such matters but I read that the ACCC has to approve the proposal so i guess that's one thing that's delaying it. In the mean time, it looks like WOW are buying at $1.01 or $1.02 which makes perfect sense if they are planning to but the remainder at $1.05.
