As far as I'm aware Forrest and Wyloo have been on the WSA register for a while now, just they weren't above the 5% substantial shareholder limit. Looks like they picked up a big block of shares yesterday when WSA had 17.3m shares traded.
I genuinely don't understand why anyone was selling WSA shares yesterday. I sold a lot of my other positions yesterday and piled most of my portfolio into more WSA shares at around $2.77 per share. This looks like one of those rare clear value-creation opportunities that don't come around that often.
