I think one of the advantages of the IGO bid is they will apply for R/O tax relief. I actually think the bid will be part script and part cash depending on what is agreed. If I was asked to guess I'd say 70% script 30% cash and followed by a Rights issue. the intos. will back them. Not least because the index weighting with go up say from $6B to $7B.
