Good deal for my reckoning, as long as Teranga delivers on their guidance, they missed the target last quarter of last year so will be watching to see if they can string two quarters together with the second.

Will be a lot better for the holders than dilutive capital raisings to fund the development in the long run. Much better result than the recent Hummingbird deal (essentially putting out a new prospectus)

As for WAF...... well put your money it then....If gold pulls back I know which stock will perform better, for me it will be the one that is tied to 200k ounces of production.
