I would think if the big boys wanted to save themselves some money they wouldnt want to get in to bidding wars with each other
So it would seem sensible I think if they have already divied up the resources amongst themselves and agreed not to bid against each other
Would save them all a lot of money
and we lose
My prediction - no other bid coming
