re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in BOW... I too believe there will be a strong Nov - Jan market rally. Of course this will improve investor expectations. Whether or not this will impact Shell in any way is debatable. If Shell don't think they will get the 75% of SH over the line, they might sweeten deal due to currency movements. (i.e. it get them over the line and costs them no more in US$ ).

My heart tells me another bid will arrive, but I am of the view that the big players are planning consolidation of their plants at Gladstone and are not letting gas sellers call the tune.
