The more you see of these practices it leaves one to wonder a little.
The thought there is they would either have to be complicit or unconscious.
Regulators must be able to see what is happening here!
All they have to do is have a look at the detailed lineup to work out what is happening.
WE are powerless - shut up & cop this or sell & move on.
Does not seem right somehow.
But still we hold & hope the board is in the middle of doing the right thing by us, once again we have no power.
It was reported on Fox tv (Switzer I think) last night that Arrow had succeeded in their takeover & "the young accountant Steve Bizzell has made a cool $30m along the way".
Big numbers for him to make & a little presumptuous that the vote will go through. But with the SP action at the moment there are some powerful positions taking shape & the vote will be basically a walk in the park.
Lets hope there is still an alternate bidder out there or $1.52 is it!
