    So DB could use its funds to buy ESG shares for its client (STO) to help STO to get its YES vote up - without a revised offer.

    Surely DB would not buy ESG shares and turn its nose up on STO - given its relationship?

    Am I reading this right - (I hope I'm wrong here!)

    Appreciate others comments.
