    First and foremost, STO cannot vote. Nor related parties.

    SO if DB has bought shares FOR Santos per se, to increase the holding overall well and good, but they are not entitled a vote.

    However, I imagine it's a minefield of interpretation as to who owns what once the likes of DB start buying. I view THEM in the same light as ESG ......shady.
