    First blush for me looks like they have a touch over 5% of ESG and agreement to loan the shares to a party where it is possible to short the bottom out of ESG.

    I hope that the 2nd blush will be an investment bank taking a strategic position on the basis of huge upside within 4 weeks.

    Or I may just blush through my inability & stupidity to understand what is going on.
