The biggest problem for FMS was transport of IO to a port. Any buyer including MMK must have a solution to this prior any bid. Since MMK and FMG already have a relationship and both have the same issue to solve, it would not surprise me if in the next 12months we will hear of a joint venture to build a railway and port for both of them to use (provided MMK buys FMS)
