    re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in FMS... for the sake of peaceakki post lets say the chinese come in through the back door then have to spend 1 bill on port/rail or maybe 5 bill but they have 1 bill ton resource so who is the winner over the years and who is the loser with future sales
