    re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in FMS... I am having an apiphany how about issuing 1 bil shares at a $1 get the ball rolling for our 1 bil ton resource meanwhile there is more out there so would we be in front with right mgt to achieve $3 a share eventually from profits
