re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in FMS... DB holding the shares for a third party. Who is this third party? Most likely a foreign entity, since a local would use a more "Australian broker". My guess is a Chinese company who can gain access to RIO's railway which passes through FMS tenement.

Buying as recent as 14/8, so would expect it will continue to do so until 19.9% is reached.
