you seem like a naive person ... that's just my opinion based on your posts for FMS

There is a lot more to understand with FMS than the end result of a failed T/O bid which you seem to not understand.

I am not going to give you a 3 year history of the company, tactics, and the management, but I encourage you to do some research which will enlighten you, and most probably, add to your knowledge of FMS.

The holders who have been with FMS for more than 2 years SHOULD know broadly what I am speaking about.
