    re: Ann: Becoming a substantial holder in IDL... Based on the pattern substantial holding notices, I would think there are potential bidders showing serious interest.

    Wouldn't be surprised to see a serious spike in the sp as we get towards the end of the month prior to the announcement of the sale.
