Commonwealth sold 7.822mil (bought 35.976mil and sold 43.799mil) WOW. 21% of trades

E-Trade sold 6.323mil (bought 15.840mil sold 22.163mil) WOW. 10% of trades.

Can anyone shed some light on who BTIG are about?Cheers.
