Yes, If you read the two announcements released today, you will see that the increase in substantial holdings for DB group was through numerous transactions on the market.

A deliberate and considered accumulation.

Just as a previous poster said..........this is a process which was imitated in the middle/end of last year just before the big push to higher prices towards the end of the year.

I am not sure as nobody would be........but I believe the same is happening again awaiting the next round of important announcements which will change the sentiment on SDL from a successful explorer to a potential world player in the iron ore market.

There is much to look forward to if you are are long term holder.
