It would be insider trading if the company enticed them to pay 1.5c because good news was coming imo. TW hasnt increased its position despite the price falling as low as 0.2c and was diluted down now with this 1.5c placement, the other major holder with 101m shares left looks like a seller and may have capped the price today at 1.1c , did CBQ price this placement at 1.5c or did Kam's pay this price to become a substantial holder.
