Most graphite can be refined to the required spherical graphite particulars, ours wont be any different. It’s just a question of how much processing etc. is required. The spherical graphite part and purification is simply a process, as SYR prove. It’s the initial TGC that worth noting.
Sojitz have signed on knowing this too, it’s why they committed before the spherical graphite test was finalised. My bet, they saw the grades, know they have the expertise to reach the required 99.96% and thought 9.9% when your modelling indicates 8%, yes please!
It’s a massive improvement in our “lowest” grades.
