I suspect that they're not happy with the outcome. They got the note conversion shares allocated at $0.003 prior to consolidation. But there's no way the consolidated shares will be priced at $0.03 because before consolidation the number of issue shares goes from 251 million to over 1 billion. The consolidated shares will be hard pressed to trade above 1c ($0.01). So the Bubs peeps will be losing 60-70% of their loan funds on the conversion.
