Makes you wander where they were before when they could have picked up MLX a lot cheaper? Something has them interested that is different than only a few weeks ago... IMO I think its a pretty safe assumption this is all wrapped up around the gold split off - the question remains though will the increase in the gold split make up for the non gold side? I wish someone could show why the non gold side won't head South once the gold side is fully divorced from it?
Nifty - what are the extent of the problems and how much $$$$ to fix them?

I wander what is the timetable to profitability for the non-gold side as a whole - these are very important considerations IMO for what will happen once the gold side sails off into a golden sunset for what will happen with what appears to be lots of buying only focused on one side of the operation but who will be holding lots of shares in a non-gold entity....
For me there is no question the gold side once divorced from the non-gold side will re-rate as it seems that the non-gold side has been pulling down the gold side - once the non-gold side has no more support ie (from the gold side), then how will it keep whatever value is given to it especially when all the recent buying seems focused on the gold side?
