it will be a simple 1 MGD in-specie share distribution.
MLX forms a new subsidiary ..MGD with 550 million shares (( or whatever the issued ordinary capital of MLX is at the time) . MGD will own the non gold assets, [cash to be determined] and agreements with the state authorities to conduct the gold mining activities.
Today you own 1 MLX. Post scheme you own 1 MLX and 1 MGD share.
Very quickly the market will assign a value to MLX and MGD.
Today I believe that 1MLX and 1 MGD will add up to more than..$1.75
