I can not imagine Mota-Engil investing $2.0Mil at $0.125 without...

    I can not imagine Mota-Engil investing $2.0Mil at $0.125 without doing there homework understanding the financing plans and having a critical line path to reopening the open cut/Hard Rock. (“Commencing in 2014”)

    As mentioned the majority of the $2.0 Mil will be spent on the feasibility study and long lead time items.

    I could see a benefit in Mota-Engil be offered a position on the board.

    This to me is a positive move.
