This continues the consolidation which has been happening for some time on the east coast. Think ADE, STU, SNE, Impress, others? Plus any number of CSG companies and CSG assets that were mopped up.
Seems to be if you are not a predator you will be the prey. It's dog eat dog and somedays there just isn't enough dog to go around.
Market anticipating higher bid or competing bid.
