More holding capacity then the one who sold it at .004. If I am insider and I was forced to take CR on .004 c then I would have sold it too on .004 c. I would rather take position on .005 or .006 c and Let other take position on .004. Lots of game being played on this script and all this started just after declaration of major share holdings.
