Interesting development.
Ondek acquires Fleming stake at 1.3c.
It is developing a product based on another bug ( H Pylori) to combat Allergy/asthma/eczema.
BXN's L fermentum has had several studies that show benefit in childhood Eczema.
Don't fully understand why Fleming is out....Doesn't look like your average backdoor listing , but enciuraging development nonetheless. ....Expect certain "initiatives" to follow in due course.
