I was rather bewildered as to why Fleming should exit its stake in BXN , while Cameron-Dow is still running the show....Fleming acquired its stake at 1.5c....So it is apparently a loss making transaction....Doesn't make much sense....It means that Fleming has given up on BXN so soon after getting involved.
I think what is is happening is a complicated corporate paly to merge Ondek with BXN.....Two bugs joining forces ( H Pylori & L Fermentum).....Both with claimed immune merits.
BXN bug is already in the market , while Ondek is still in the lab.
I can't figure out this corporate play between Fleming & Ondek , but it is likely that the sale of BXN is not for hard cash ,rather in return for Fleming acquiring a large stake in Ondek...Perhaps 50%.
If I am correct ,we should hear shortly about a merger of some sort & having the high profile Noel Prize winner ,Barry Marshall & his team onboard BXN.
The inevitable CR will follow....We wait & see.
