BXN bug is already in the market , while Ondek is still in the lab.
I can't figure out this corporate play between Fleming & Ondek , but it is likely that the sale of BXN is not for hard cash ,rather in return for Fleming acquiring a large stake in Ondek...Perhaps 50%.
If I am correct ,we should hear shortly about a merger of some sort & having the high profile Noel Prize winner ,Barry Marshall & his team onboard BXN.
The inevitable CR will follow....We wait & see.

I wonder if Fleming is simply redeeming some of their investments for other investment purposes.

I notice they recently exited a shell (NRR) I hold at a loss also.
