So UBS gave Regal the shares.
Regal owns some of UBS.
UBS owns the PLS shares.
But Regal have loaned them from UBS.
Meanwhile whoever wants to can sell yhe stocks down to push the price down. Particularly effective when used with psychology operatives scaring the herd into stampeding off a Dark Side induced Cliff.
Poor buggers selling...
