With any form of "shenanigans" there is always a given perception vs reality.
The people in power always have the upper hand of setting the perception vs what the general masses are faced with in terms of reality.
I have been ( unfortunately ) invested here since 2012 and have seen more perception vs reality than is worth mentioning.
There is a reason for share "purchases" being made at the top-end-of-town.
The only explanation you will ever find about is that the intention was never in favour of the general masses/SH.
You lose is the reality.
