So assume this means with closing of shorts, stock been returned to UBS.
This stock still in the too risky stage for even a trade me as need to know outcome of loan restructuring discussions with banks.
Unfortunately this information vacuum I see last a while as provision of information to banks seen as higher priority than shareholders and given banks own now most of the company one can see why. Market cap of $84.5m versus debt of $700m...only have to look at that to see how insignificant shareholders are at the moment as all about the banks at present.
