Hi All,
Very Int times for Sio. With this new substancial holder here I think we have to look at the real possibility of a takeover and not a merger.
Facts
*Private and public companies CAN'T merge
*They would not take a 5% stake just to hold( they are a building company not an investor)
*I believe they are the largest builder company in NSW and SIO is the largest builder company in Vic(of homes).
I would be surprised if Sio was not trading a lot higher in the next 2 weeks.I think a lot of the big instos are gone and that is the reason that this Annc has not been received more strongly as the every day punters don't read these Annc more carefully.
