I would suggest that this was purchased to be held as a position by the company for short term gain they obviously expect another offer to come to market in the coming weeks upwards of 45c given that is roughly the highest SP they paid.
A quick read of the chairmans letter highlights the type of company they are and this position is most likely to be held short term with a substantial gain. I wouldn't expect another offer bellow 60c as another major shareholder to add to the pile of holders not willing to release there holdings bellow cost or a reasonable gain.
