Most of the people only buy when they see some value. Buy at low levels and holding for 10 years for it move 10% is not everyone's game. They definitely trap lot like me in that pump. Another Shitty stock of unruly ASX.
BTW institute only buys shares to make money by taking it from retailers so if you think they bought in this for charity then probably ....
