paradigm shift...most telcos have little to sell that is not getting cheaper by the day..telephone calls are more and more moving to Free Internet and internet provision is now very cheap and is getting cheaper..Yes it stands to reason that a telco purchasing the technology might be a thought..but why pay for it when you just share on a revenue base which will be very cost competitive? But I suppose it is another revenue stream...possible ..but would have to be sensibly profitable with strong growth.
