I know it's been brought up here to a certain degree , however in our Quest to explain away and support the current ' rise and rise ' of the Companies valuation , we should not dismiss the significance in our other interests outside of the obvious WA and SA tenements package. I'm speaking of course of our 100% interests in our Cambodian tenements acquired back in the day when we were Renaissance Minerals Liimited.

And one only has to look at the recent appreciation of our former ' Acquirer ' in Emerald Resources ( EMR ) who on March 23rd around the time of the COVID collapse was trading at a meager 2.85 cents or Market Cap of $14.64 and is now 18.77 times that at its current price of 53.5 cents and a staggering Market Capitalization of $275 million . That's an astonishing increase in valuation of 260.36 million or 94.67% of it current value in only 3 months !!

So with it's now wonder RGL seems to be mirroring these increases on due to it's projects seemingly ' firing on all cylinders ' ...

So having regards to these tenements still currently on our books , here is a little bit of ' refresher ' background information which is really worth a look into :-

The Kang Roland South area is strategically located around the company’s existing projects adjacent to the Okvaul project of Oz Minerals (ASX: OZL) which has a JORC Inferred Resource of; 8.3 million tonnes at 2.3g/t gold containing 605,000 gold ounces.

The assets will give the Brighton Mining Group one of the largest single holdings in the highly mineralised and sought after region of the Mondulkiri province in Cambodia.

The Ouyadav and Kang Rolang South concessions cover an area of 100 and 144 square kilometres respectively.

Strategic location

The Kang Roland North concession, which forms part of Brighton's AntrongProject, is strategically located just 20 kilometres from Renaissance Minerals'(ASX: RNS) 729,000 ounce ( NOW 1.1 Million ounce ) Okvau Gold Deposit. - NOW Emerald ( EMR )

Okvau lies in the same intrusive related gold district that hosts Brighton'sAntrong Project.

The geological setting of the Kang Roland North concession includesgranodiorite intrusives in the western portion of the concession.

Polymetallic mineralisation commonly occurs within this zone, in the form ofveins and replacement-style deposits.

Local mining activity in the western intrusive areas has targeted mineralisedvein systems occurring on the edges of these intrusives.

And this article by Proactive back in September 2011 which stated the following comments :-

The Cambodian Government considers the mining and exploration industry to be one of the key industries that will help drive the country’s future economy. Unlike its neighbours of Laos and Vietnam, Cambodia is relatively infant in the development of its mineral assets.

So could we actually be seeing a ' precursor ' in the SP due a ' preemptive ' monetizing of these tenements via a sale or historical JV again with EMR ( Emerald ).

Keep in mind as I said in an earlier post a few weeks ago , EMR is still a defacto holder in our previous Top 20 under Renaissance Minerals Liimited who just so happen to still hold 2,361,528 shares or 1.56% of the then Top 20 at 18th October 2019.......
