During the year,the Company also applied forthree new 100%-owned Exploration Licencesand three new 100%-owned Prospecting Licences over areas adjacent to the Farr-Jones andCutler targets which had become vacant.

Four main target areas have been identified for further exploration over the coming 12 months. Theseareas are Cutler (RGL 100%), Queen Lapage (RGL 80%), Cockeyed Bob North (RGL 100%) and Jaws(RGL 80%). The Company will continue to refine the exploration strategy for these four areas todetermine the most efficient way to deploy capital.

Farr-Jones

Farr-Jones is located approximately 15km northeast of Silver Lake Resources’ Randallsprocessing plant in the Eastern Goldfields region of WA and is one of several targetsidentified from historical surface geochemical surveys and limited drilling completed duringthe late 1980’s and early 1990’s.

At Farr-Jones, a single line of drilling completed in 1991-92 tested a strong gold in soilanomaly and intersected easterly dipping gold mineralisation within a black shale unit over adepth extent of approximately 130m. The deepest hole, FJR2, intersected 2m @ 4.71g/t Aufrom 143m down hole (ASX Release 6 October 2017).
