But the new CEO, Sam Barden, has been extremely responsive and reactive when I have emailed the company. He recognises there is an image problem here with the revolving door of lifestyle directors, and I hope he has the fortitude to follow through and make the chnages neccesary.
I'd encourage anyone with criticism or concerns to email, and ask the hard questions.
I'm still in the red (entry at 3.8c), and only have a small holding, but I'm going to hand around awhile and see if this can be turned around.
