I nearly took the offer from QGL as LML was suspended for over two years with last trade 0.006 before suspension and was happy to get 1.5 cents from QGL for them. I was lucky that one of the directors of LML called me to discuss the future of LML so in the end just put the offer booklet in the bin. A lot of smaller shareholders no doubt would have accepted the offer as you get double the price of LML when it was suspended.
I know both LML and QGL well as been in them for years. QGL was actually put into administration around 5 years ago when it was Valance a spin out of strategic resources. Good Luck and DYOR
