    Waller has nothing to do with Jabre. Jabre is a lebanese christian who started up a hedge fund in London, got kicked out of England for insider info/trading and shorting based on cap raising prices. Started back up in Geneva they also invest long. So expect good things to happen or a whole lot of shorting after the cap ann.
