It's pretty clear that Mr A D's "end result" is to make money one way or another.

He's already demonstrated that when in his early aquisitions of MST back in January he bought in at a very advantageous price (possibly saved the company from administration though) and fairly soon sold largish parcels to make a pretty good profit. It was one of the factors helping push the price down earlier this year I think. I doubt if he has any great loyalty or feeling for MST other than as a vehicle to make a lot of money. He just appears to have made the decision that this is a worthwhile opportunity. Now that he has decided to go in even bigger he's not going to be able to make huge profits just by selling a percentage now and then, there's not enough of a buyers market so he is going to have to wait till demand and price pick up on the back of good news. We can ride on his coat tails to a certain extent. If he decides to start selling large parcels on the open market at any time the price is going to be hit pretty hard - so when might that be?

He has an incentive to let it rise to above .015/.018 before selling because that's where his options kick in - though he could sell from current holdings at any time if he wanted and make a profit because his average aquisition price is very low. We just have to hope that he sees more advantage in hanging on till the price is well over .015/.018 for his options. Now that he is a substantial shareholder his actions will be apparent (a little while after he has made them). My guess is that he has made a decision to go in big time and will be hanging out for profits in the millions rather than the tens of thousands. If it becomes apparent that he is continually selling and trading, then he will in effect be able to control the market which would not bode well for a permanent and substantial rise in the sp. If he restrains himself it will give the market time to eventually re-establish a higher base price which will be good for all of us.

We just have to wait and see what he is going to do.
