    IMO: This must be part of resolution no3 in the upcoming
    general meeting where they paid 15c per share.

    I wonder what they were told privately to invest such
    a large amount in this Co.

    If we work off LOKI01's calculations then they made a
    4c gain which amounts to $920K.
