I think gate sales first up are the way to go so they can be in a better position to join (financially) with the infrastructure consortium(s). I think AGO - Atlas is going to be a good alli to have in the future should we continue to exist and by this I mean I'm extremely wary of RIO in this whole adventure.
Like I posted above - the big investment companies don't need the spin, just the facts and FMS story is becoming much clearer. The news of the substantial holder is in my opinion probably the first of a few to come over the next few weeks.
