I wonder if the QLD treasurer is a bit dirty on the Childrens Investment Fund bypassing the book build and buying $238mil of stock at $2.55 on market yesterday and saving themselves 10% !!.

That 6% holding could have no doubt helped push up the insto price but it has done the mum and dads a big favour buy doing the opposite for them and then also supporting the price on monday.

They are however taking on a considerable currency risk with the AUD so high, lets hope they have a currency hedge or it's bye bye profit.

Look out board members of QR if you don't perform, because Chris Hohn from the childrens hedge fund are by no means passive investors !!.
