Scary. It seems that Oaks apartments have gone into receiverships in the same way and by the same people as with Centro. Probably to do with not meeting the loans conditions, but I don't think I can speculate.
The receivers now own 36.4% of Oaks, but these are not new shares, so they would have come from someone.
There should be an announcement coming through soon to explain the details. It may mean that the creditors are taking a more direct action to bring the loan in line with the conditions. But it could be any other reason, such as a personal financial one with a shareholder that owns 36.4& of Oaks.
I'm going to wait for some more information before jumping to any conclusions.
