I care too - it is hard to escape the feeling that the directors don't care about the non major shareholders.

Recent profit result was superb posted late Friday night was superb. The buyout of 88c + 30c franking credit has satisfied most. However, I will be fascinated how they justify pitching the buyout as this low when the major shareholder has already said he wont participate and it is a signifcant discount to NTA.
