Thanks thinkin......seems not too many follow EDT.

basically l am sure they dont want to wind up the trust as it would take too long.
they are just telling EPN that it willnot get much of the company at that price. they can hold up the show but basically EPN will need to raise the offer to overcome the road block.
personally l would be happy to see EPN raise their offer.
